One Codex

The <a href="https://genomes.atcc.org/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ATCC Genome Portal</a> hosts a reference database for high quality genomes, originating from authenticated ATCC materials. <br>​      

If you already have a One Codex account, you can use your One Codex login credentials to access the ATCC Genome Portal. <br>If you haven't yet registered for an account on either the ATCC Genome Portal or One Codex, you can do so <a href="https://app.onecodex.com/register?next=/partners/atcc/genomes_redirect&amp;scheme=atcc&amp;source=atcc-genomes" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>, or click the "LOG IN" button at the top-right of the <a href="https://genomes.atcc.org/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ATCC Genome Portal page</a>, and select "Register" from the drop-down menu.
