If you have purchased microbial strains and/or human or mouse cell lines from ATCC and would like to download the corresponding omics data, this article guides you through the process.
Go to ATCC Genome Portal. Click "Log In". Log in using your ATCC website credentials or click “Register.”
Once logged in, type the catalog number of interest and select either “Search Microbe Products” or “Cell Products.” In this example, we are searching for CCL-2 under “Cell Products.”
Under "Cell Products", click the cell line name of interest.
Click “Download Data,” then click “Download.”
You will be prompted to read and agree to our Data Use Agreement and enter the item’s lot number. Lot number(s) can be found on the vial label and on the sales invoice.
All available files will be zipped, and you will receive an email containing a link to the data. Links remain active for three days.
