If you have previously purchased a strain from ATCC, and want to download the corresponding genome, this article guides you through the process.
Go to ATCC Genome Portal. Click "Log In", please log in using your ATCC website login or click on "Register".
Once logged in, please navigate back to the item of interest. Type in the catalog number of interest and scroll down to and select, “Catalog Number”.
Under Genomic Data, click on "View”.
Click on “Download Assembly" or "Download Annotations".
You will be prompted to enter in the item's lot number. The lot number can be found on the vial's label or your invoice.
