We do not perform quality-filtering of your uploaded data files prior to analysis. Our bioinformatics classification does include artifact filtering during abundance estimation. More information is available here.

If you have sequenced with One Codex, we perform quality trimming during demultiplexing, using bcl2fastq defaults. The One Codex sequencing service delivers fastq data in a compressed (.gz), interleaved format.
