A: One Codex currently supports uploaded FASTA or FASTQ format data with files up to 5GB. The following file extensions are currently supported: .fa, .fas, .fsa, .fna, .ffn, .faa, .frn, .fasta, .fq and .fastq. These files may be optionally compressed with gzip and appended with .gz or .gzip. If you're still having trouble, please contact us at help@onecodex.com or send us a message in the chat window at the bottom of your screen. We also support files over 20GB via a command-line client.
