A: The One Codex Database screens all reads against the GRC38 Human reference genome, as well as the mouse genome. Human or mouse (or "host") read classifications are not directly displayed on the Analysis page, but can be retrieved when downloading the complete read-level data file (see "Can I download read-level results?").
