The Cluster View presents a dendrogram (tree) that shows patterns of genomic similarity across large sets of samples. We calculate this genomic similarity using the MinHash approach described by Ondov, et al. 2016.

You can add and remove samples using the menu on the right. You can also access the settings used to make the tree (e.g., how the samples are colored, the similarity threshold used to include similar samples) by clicking the in the bottom-right corner of the page.
