You can check on the status of your in-progress sequencing samples in a couple of ways.
Sequencing Batch Statuses
Registering your samples to a batch allows you to view the status of the batch on Your Orders page. The batch status tells you the status of the lagging sample of the batch. I.e. the batch moves to the next status once all samples have moved to or beyond that status. Below is an example of a batch where all samples are currently sequencing (or where some may have finished).
Registering your batch also allows you to receive a notification email once the final samples in the batch have completed sequencing.
You can also check on the status of a batch using our API.
Individual Sample Statuses
If you need more granular information, such as the status of individual samples, you can find those on your samples page. We can only display statuses of samples if they have been registered to a batch, or if they have already arrived at our lab. To find your sequencing samples, click on the "Filters" menu and choose "Show Samples Being Sequenced". This will include all of your incomplete samples among your completed samples.
You will then see an additional menu appear, named "Sequencing". This allows you to select from various statuses, to filter to just those samples with those statuses.
Where completed samples show a button to "View Results", samples that are in progress will now show the latest status of that sample on the inactive button.
