Genomes Sequence Search
One Codex has developed a novel, real-time sequence query engine, which allows you to search for a DNA sequence or gene in all of the assemblies within your Genome Library. This engine can search across thousands of genomes and return results within milliseconds. Find which of your genomes contains a sequence using this tool!
