Once you've ordered your analysis through the platform, you'll receive a kit that includes a return shipping label to send all your samples to our lab. If you didn't receive a label or have lost it, please send us an email at support@onecodex.com or through the chat box at the bottom-right of your screen. We can send you a replacement label.

If you are an individual who has received a collection device as part of a larger study, please contact your study coordinator, who can direct you where to send individual samples.
