For samples in One Codex Reformat Tubes we request 200 mg of stool sample, as described here. We see similar performance between 200 mg and 75 mg of sample. Please do not send less than 50 mg of sample without consulting us.

If you've collected your samples in OMNIgene•GUT collection devices, we ask you to send us the whole device.
