Once we've completed extraction, we store any remaining samples for 30 days before we discard them.

We can return OMNIgene•GUT collection devices after processing. However, samples in One Codex Reformat Tubes are consumed during processing, so we are unable to return these samples. If you would like your OMNIgene•GUT collection devices returned, please contact us prior to ordering by sending an email to support@onecodex.com or through the chat box at the bottom-right of your screen.
